The Role
We are looking for a friendly, organised, and enthusiastic individual to join our team. This is a varied role combining production, customer service, and sales support.
You will be involved in operating DTF printing and embroidery equipment while also working directly with customers to help them find the best solutions for their clothing and branding requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating DTF printing and embroidery machinery.
- Preparing artwork and orders for production.
- Speaking with customers in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Providing quotations for workwear, embroidery, and printing orders.
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Advising customers on the most suitable garments, decoration methods, and branding options.
- Managing order progress and keeping customers updated.
- Ensuring finished products meet quality standards.
- Assisting with general day-to-day operations within the business.
What We're Looking For

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Confidence using computers and handling customer enquiries.
- Experience in embroidery, garment printing, DTF printing, or related industries is beneficial but not essential, as training can be provided.
- A willingness to learn new skills and take ownership of customer projects.
