We’re looking for experienced and reliable HGV Class 1 and HGV Class 2 Drivers to join our growing team.
This full-time role involves operating various types of vacuum tankers to support industrial, residential, commercial and construction drainage works, including emergency response jobs and scheduled site maintenance.
Currently, we're only accepting applications from drivers with experience in drainage, waste management, tanker work, or other industrial services.
Responsibilities:
- Operate various vacuum tankers, transporting a range of wastes across commercial and industrial facilities.
- Drive and operate specialist jetting and suction tankers
- Respond to emergency call-outs, addressing sewer blockages, flooding and pollution incidents.
- Handle the collection and safe disposal of controlled and liquid waste in compliance with regulations.
- Adhere to statutory health, safety and environmental procedures.
- Conduct pre- and post-shift vehicle checks to ensure operational compliance.
- Accurately record all job details and maintain proper documentation.
Requirements:
- Valid HGV Class 1 or HGV Class 2 licence.
- Experience working in industrial and drainage services.
- ADR qualification beneficial but not essential.
- Good driving record with no major violations or accidents.
- Flexibility to work away from home when required.
Pay: £15.50-£18.00 per hour
