We are a Chinese restaurant based in London and are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join us.
Main duites:
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the restaurant.
- Manage and supervise restaurant staff, including staff scheduling, training and performance management.
- Ensure high standards of customers servcie and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor stock levels, inventory and ordering of food,beveragea and supplies.
- Arrange for routine maintenance and upkeep of the restaurant, including its equipment and facilities.
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health and safety legislation.
- Monitor business performance, control operation costs and maximise profitability.
- Handle customer enquires and resolve complaints effectively.
- Liaise with suppliers and ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
Suitable candidate must have at least 1 year working experience in a similar role. Suitable candidate must be also proficient in Chinese and English as most of our customers and staff are Chinese speaking.
Pay: £41,800.00 per year
