We're recruiting Behaviour Mentors to support children and young people with autism, ADHD and additional learning needs in specialist SEN schools across Kingston this September.
This role is ideal if you've worked in behaviour support, youth work, mentoring, care, coaching or similar environments. You'll help pupils develop confidence, emotional regulation and independence while working alongside experienced teachers and therapists.
The role
- Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups.
- Helping children manage behaviour positively.
- Building trusted relationships with pupils.
- Supporting learning inside and outside the classroom.
- Encouraging communication, confidence and independence.
- Some positions may include personal care depending on the school.
