The successful candidate will be an integral part of a strong team who produce high quality fresh, award winning food on a daily basis . They will be capable of running various sections of the kitchen under the direction of the Head and Sous chef, but must demonstrate an ability to push them selves and others to achieve ever higher standards. Rosette experience is preferred but not necessary We offer a friendly working environment, competitive salary with tips and a beautiful location.
4 Day working week. Substantial TIPS paid monthly.
