Responsibilities:
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant.
- Supervise and train staff members to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
- Help manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and timely delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Assist in creating and implementing policies and procedures to improve overall efficiency and productivity
- Support the manager in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to team members
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the restaurant, hotel, or hospitality industry is highly preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, staff, and management
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety regulations is a plus
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
