We are looking to hire a Business Development Associate
This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about expanding business opportunities, supporting us in building client relationships, supporting us in our business processes and refining them and contributing to organisational growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, must be good with IT, ideally be mobile (driving licence) but that is not a deal breaker, and have ambition. We are ideally looking for graduates, business students and those looking to enrol on apprenticeships related to the business administration and development sector.
Duties
- Identify and generate new business leads through targeted outreach and market research
- Conduct marketing campaigns to engage prospective clients and promote our services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Utilise our CRM software, to track interactions, manage pipelines, and update client information accurately
- Prepare customised proposals and presentations tailored to client and shareholder needs
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for expansion
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility
- Maintain comprehensive records of all communications and activities within CRM systems
- Support the organisation of promotional activities and campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness

This role is based in Ipswich, however travel out of Ipswich may be required.

Pay: £12.83-£13.50 per hour
