Job description
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm/8am - 4pm (includes paid breaks)
You will be working closely with the customer service team together with senior management to enable WarmZilla achieve ambitious growth plans.
WarmZilla has a state of the art premises in Swansea, and we’re looking to fill it with talent like you.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond to enquiries – Answer questions via phone, email, and live chat.
- Problem-solving – Resolve complaints, technical issues, or service problems quickly.
- Product knowledge – Understand the company’s products/services to give accurate advice.
- Order support – Help with placing, tracking, or amending orders.
- Book in jobs - Managing and booking jobs with engineers.
- Customer satisfaction – Ensure customers feel valued, listened to, and supported.
- Feedback handling – Record and escalate feedback to improve service.
- Record keeping – Log interactions in CRM systems for future reference.
- Upselling/cross-selling (where relevant) – Suggest suitable products or services.
- Follow-ups – Check in with customers to confirm resolution or satisfaction.
- Policy adherence – Follow company guidelines, processes, and compliance rules.
