Gallery Fitted Kitchens is recruiting an experienced project coordinator

The ideal candidate should have previous experience in project coordination with excellent customer service skills and be able to demonstrate a proven track record in the KBB industry. Along with working knowledge of CAD programs, you will have a passion for quality and detail, and a high degree of self-motivation and excellent people skills.
This role involves the full ordering cycle from beginning to end including quality checking designs through to placing orders and order tracking. The ideal candidate should have professional after sales communication, and competent project management.
Role includes, but not limited to the following:
· Quality check designs and quotations
· Ensure orders are correct ready to place
· Place orders
· Order tracking / stock management
· Manage remedial work
· Manage payments
· Post-sale processing and administration
· Complaint management
The ideal candidate will be:
· Experienced In kitchen industry
· Experienced project coordinator
· Proficient in Articad and KBB connect
· Possess a relevant degree or experience
· Proficient in basic IT skills
· Excellent literacy and numeracy
· In possession of a full clean driving licence

Pay: £30,000.00 per year
