NJS Brickwork are looking for experienced and established bricklaying gangs for a new build residential development in West Sompting.
The site consists of 90 units, with 40 units currently released, offering a good run of work for reliable gangs. Works are due to start from 15/06.
Applicants must have a proven track record working on NHBC housing sites, be up to date with current regs, maintain a good standard of workmanship and work to site program.
Rates
- Brickwork: £675 per 1,000
- Blockwork: £17.00 per m²
Requirements
- Established bricklaying gangs
- Proven experience on NHBC new build housing sites and up to date with current regs
- Valid CSCS cards essential
- Own tools and transport
- Reliable and able to work to programme
- Must maintain clean, safe and tidy work areas
- Good communication with site management
