Welder/Fabricator
Macduff Shipyards are searching for a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team in Macduff to work on a range of vessels for the fishing, oil, salmon and windfarm industries. The successful candidate will preferably have some previous marine experience but this is not essential. The Welder will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components using various welding techniques.
Working as part of a team the successful candidate will be organised with a strong attention to detail as well as having strong customer service skills. You must be conscientious, proactive, reliable and motivated.
Core hours of work are Monday to Friday 8 a.m. until 4.30 p.m. but the ability to be flexible is desired.
