At Browns, you'll get 50 guaranteed hours Monday-Friday, with the opportunity to earn up to £53,000 per annum through night-outs, overtime and performance bonuses.
You'll have your own allocated modern truck, the independence to get on with the job and an experienced transport team behind you when you need them.

- What you'll earn
● £15.60 per hour, that's up to £53,000p/a (Basic + overtime + nights + performance bonuses).
● 50 hours guaranteed Monday-Friday
● £30 night-out allowance
● £50 enhanced allowance for Friday night-outs
● Quarterly Performance Bonus up to £200
● £300 Annual Retention/Performance Bonus
● Premium rate for weekend work
● Opportunities for overtime and weekend work if you want to earn more
- Your own truck
You'll have your own allocated truck, rather than swapping between vehicles.
Our modern fleet includes Scania, MAN and Mercedes trucks, including brand-new vehicles, with the things that make a difference when you're spending your working week on the road.
Every cab comes with a fridge and microwave, and we continue to invest in our fleet to give our drivers safe, modern, well-equipped vehicles to work in.
- The job
You'll carry palletised freight across the UK as part of our general haulage operation, representing Browns with customers across the country.
It's a Monday-Friday role, with some nights out required, and opportunities for overtime and weekend work for drivers who want it.
We trust our drivers to get on with the job. You'll have the independence to manage your day, backed by an experienced transport team when you need them.
We've invested in the technology you use on the road too. Our new driver app keeps your next job clear, reduces paperwork and sends job changes straight to your device. It works offline when the signal drops, and the traffic office is only one tap away when you need them.

- What you'll need
● Class 1 (C+E) Driving Licence
● Valid Driver CPC
● Around 1-2 years' Class 1 driving experience (preferred, not essential)
