At BRC Promotions, we proudly represent Macmillan Cancer Support, helping secure long-term monthly donations through professional face-to-face fundraising campaigns at busy supermarkets, shopping centres and retail venues.
Every conversation you have helps Macmillan continue providing practical, emotional, physical and financial support to people living with cancer. Around 3 million people are currently living with cancer in the UK, and Macmillan is there to help them and their families navigate one of the toughest times of their lives.
What You'll Be Doing
Working from pre-booked venues, you'll:
- Confidently approach and engage members of the public.
- Build rapport and create meaningful conversations.
- Represent Macmillan Cancer Support professionally and passionately.
- Explain the impact of regular monthly donations.
- Secure long-term monthly supporters.
- Consistently achieve and exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
- Maximise your uncapped commission through strong performance.
This is a field sales role first and foremost. Success comes from confidence, resilience, excellent communication and the ability to convert conversations into committed supporters.
Who We're Looking For
This position is best suited to experienced sales professionals and fundraisers who understand target-driven environments.
Previous experience in one or more of the following is highly desirable:
- Face-to-Face Fundraising
- Field Sales
- Direct Sales
- Venue Sales
- Door-to-Door Sales
- Brand Ambassador Roles
- Promotional Sales
You'll also be:
- A confident communicator who enjoys meeting new people.
- Comfortable initiating conversations with the public.
- Highly motivated by targets and performance.
- Resilient and able to overcome objections professionally.
- Competitive with a strong desire to maximise earnings.
What You'll Receive
- £26,000 basic salary or £115 daily rate (self-employed option).
- Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £50,000–£60,000+.
- Travel allowance (employed roles).
