For the opening of The WestDill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection, we are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to support the delivery of exceptional housekeeping standards and contribute to a flawless luxury guest experience.
Join one of the first 75 team members and play a defining role in launching a new luxury destination in Mayfair. From day one, you will help establish the culture, service standards and commitment to excellence that define the guest experience and set the hotel apart.
- Support the Housekeeping Manager in the daily operation of the Housekeeping Department

Lead, coach and inspire the housekeeping team on a daily basis, creating a culture of pride, accountability and exceptional service.

Conduct detailed inspections of guestrooms, suites and public areas, ensuring every detail reflects the elegance and standards expected within the Colbert Collection

Coordinate daily room assignments and operational priorities to ensure efficiency, consistency and exceptional guest service.

Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations

Collaborate closely with Front Office and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Support training and development of housekeeping team members
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Senior Room Attendant within a luxury hotel environment

Strong attention to detail and passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences

Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced setting

Strong knowledge of luxury housekeeping operations, hygiene and safety standards.

Ability to prioritize competing operational demands while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
