MSFM are seeking a reliable and motivated Mobile Cleaning Operative to provide high quality cleaning services across multiple sites. You will travel between assigned locations to carry out scheduled cleaning duties, ensuring all areas meet required hygiene and presentation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain a range of sites including offices, communal areas, washrooms, and staff facilities
- Carry out tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, waste removal, and sanitising surfaces
- Replenish supplies (soap, paper products, hygiene items) where required
- Follow site specific cleaning schedules and instructions
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and in line with COSHH guidelines
- Report any maintenance issues, hazards, or safety concerns
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard within allocated timeframes
- Travel between sites as required, often within a set geographical area
- Maintain company vehicle
Essential Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience (commercial or domestic preferred but not always required)
- Full UK driving licence and access to transport
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Good attention to detail and pride in work quality
- Basic understanding of health & safety procedures
- Reliability and flexibility with working hours
Desirable Skills:
- Experience using industrial cleaning equipment
- Knowledge of COSHH regulations
- Experience working across multiple sites
- Customer service skills when working in client facing environments
Working Hours:
- Early mornings, evenings, or split shifts may be required
- Some weekend work depending on contract
