Summary
We are seeking a skilled Ground Worker to join our team based out of Exeter, Devon. This role is vital in ensuring the successful delivery of our construction and maintenance projects, contributing to our mission of providing reliable services to the community. T
Responsibilities
- Assist and contribute to construction or maintenance projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Resolve issues promptly to minimize delays.
- Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
Experience/Skills
- Proven experience in construction management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of building regulations and safety standards.
- Excellent organisational and skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Relevant certifications or licenses are preferred.
- Experience working with social housing or local authority projects is advantageous.
Must have or equivalent:
CPCS A58 – Excavator (Below 10 Tonnes)
NPORS Excavator ≤ 10T
Preferred:
Towing License B+E
