Experienced Barista Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages to a high standard.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Take customer orders and process payments using a POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the café, including workstations and seating areas.
- Restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
- Monitor inventory and report stock shortages.
- Follow food safety and health regulations.
- Train or assist new baristas when required.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
Pay: £2,200.00-£2,700.00 per month
