About the Role
Our Client is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Registration Support Officer to support the successful delivery of the student registration process during a busy enrolment period.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and customer service experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing high-quality support.
Working as part of the Student Centre team, you will assist students throughout the registration process, verify documentation, update student records, issue identification cards, and provide general guidance to ensure an efficient and positive registration experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of the student registration process.
- Assist students with registration enquiries in person.
- Verify identification and other registration documentation.
- Update student records, including personal details such as names and addresses.
- Issue student identification cards.
- Provide accurate information, signposting and guidance to students.
- Carry out a wide range of administrative and clerical duties to support the efficient operation of the Student Centre.
- Maintain accurate records and input data onto internal systems.
- Collect and maintain user statistics and registration information.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth registration process.
- Support the delivery of high-quality student services.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties requested by the Line Manager.

Experience Required
- Previous administrative experience.
- Experience working in a customer-facing or customer service environment.
- Experience within a Higher Education environment is desirable.
- Experience of handling confidential information accurately.
Qualifications
- GCSE Maths and English (Grade C/Level 4 or above), or equivalent qualifications.
- Equivalent relevant work experience will also be considered.
