About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Customer Service & Office Administrator to join our small, supportive office team.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients and cleaners, handling enquiries, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the office runs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming telephone calls professionally and confidently.
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and WhatsApp.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and cleaners.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
- Process new client enquiries and follow up potential customers.
- Match suitable cleaners with clients.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
- General office administration and filing.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Support the management team with various administrative duties.
- Ensure all enquiries and emails are dealt with promptly.
