About the Role
Beat School Uniforms is looking for a reliable and hardworking Garment Finisher & Packer to join our production team in Watford.
This is a hands-on role working with garments after they have been embroidered or printed, making sure every item is finished, checked and packed to a high standard before being sent to our customers and stores.
No previous experience is required. Full training will be provided, so we are more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Both full-time and part-time applicants will be considered.
Main Duties
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Trimming embroidery logos and removing excess backing/thread
- Steaming garments to ensure they are presented correctly
- Checking garments for quality and accuracy
- Applying labels where required
- Folding garments neatly
- Packing garments into clear bags ready for dispatch
- Keeping your work area clean and organised
- Helping with other production and warehouse tasks when required

Previous garment, warehouse or production experience would be useful but is not essential.

Beat School Uniforms is an established school uniform and personalised clothing business based in Hertfordshire. We supply schools, businesses and organisations and carry out much of our garment printing, embroidery, finishing and packing in-house.
This position would suit someone looking for a practical, hands-on role within a busy production environment where quality and attention to detail are important.
Pay: From £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 25.0 per week
