We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our team at Our Pubs Ltd in. This role is vital to maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen, supporting our mission to deliver great experiences to our patrons.
Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen cleanliness to ensure smooth operations.
- Support chefs and kitchen staff with basic tasks.
- Maintain hygiene standards in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean and properly stored.
- Help with waste disposal and stock organization.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by being reliable and proactive.
- Checking deliveries and putting them away.
- Qualifications
- Confidence in performing cleaning and basic food prep tasks.
- Previous experience in hospitality or kitchen environments is beneficial but not essential.
- Ability to work flexibly as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Basic understanding of health and safety standards in food service.
