McVey & Murricane is looking for a motivated New Business Advisor to join our growing Residential Conveyancing New Business team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with property or conveyancing experience who enjoys working with clients and building strong professional relationships.
You will be a key point of contact for clients and referrers, guiding them through the early stages of their property journey and ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referrers
- Provide clear advice and regular updates throughout the conveyancing process
- Advise clients across Scotland on local property market trends and pricing
- Accurately record client details, funding arrangements and progress using internal systems
- Support clients with sale and purchase conveyancing, re-mortgages, discharge of mortgage and title transfers
- Liaise closely with the wider conveyancing and management teams
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in property or conveyancing (client-facing or negotiation roles preferred) desired but not essential
- Knowledge of the Scottish property market and conveyancing process advantageous
- Strong customer service skills both over the phone and email
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office and Case Management systems
- Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent organisational skills in managing and prioritising a busy workload

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
