As our Client Success Manager, you'll become the face of our client experience, managing relationships from the moment a client joins us and ensuring every project is delivered to an exceptional standard.
You'll work directly alongside our Managing Director and Operations Director, helping shape the client journey while playing a key role in the continued growth of Apex AI.
The Role
Once our sales team brings on a new client, you'll take ownership of everything that follows.
You'll become the client's primary point of contact, ensuring they receive an outstanding experience from onboarding through to ongoing account management.
This is a role for someone who loves organisation, enjoys building relationships and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding calls with new clients.
- Send welcome emails, onboarding packs and all client documentation.
- Manage client communication throughout their journey with Apex AI.
- Coordinate projects across multiple internal departments.
- Ensure every project is delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Monitor project progress and keep clients updated regularly.
- Produce client reports and communicate campaign progress.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
- Identify opportunities to increase value within existing client accounts.
- Ensure clients receive an exceptional level of service from start to finish.
- Work closely with the Managing Director and Operations Director to continually improve our client experience.

Desirable Skills
Although not essential, it would be great if you have experience with:
- Account Management

- Marketing or Digital Agencies

- Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Creating presentations or client-facing visuals
