Responsibilities

- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely service and maintain high standards of hospitality.
- Assist in menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and inventory management to optimize kitchen operations.
- Serve as a leader on the floor during busy hours, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth workflow.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen operations within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Supervising experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices.
- Demonstrated culinary expertise with a passion for creating delicious dishes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Previous restaurant experience is highly preferred; hospitality background is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
