We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
- Assist with seating arrangements, ensuring efficient table turnover while maintaining guest satisfaction.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, communicating with the kitchen and bar staff as necessary.
- Provide information about menu items, including specials and dietary options, while ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
- Support catering events by setting up and breaking down dining areas, as well as serving food and beverages when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving to resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods, contributing to a positive team environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential; we welcome individuals eager to learn.
- Skills in catering or bartending are advantageous for this role.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations is beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both guests and colleagues.
- A proactive attitude towards helping others and providing outstanding service is essential.
