For too long, many potential foster carers have been held back by not having a suitable home environment. Our innovative project overcomes that barrier — making fostering more accessible, inclusive, and life-changing for young people and families.
As our Fostering & Business Support Officer, you’ll play a central role in making this vision a reality. This is a varied and rewarding role, providing administrative and organisational support ensuring smooth systems and professional support across its remit. The role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised, IT-confident, and detail-focused.
- An excellent communicator who can work with carers, schools, and colleagues.
