Due to continued growth an exciting opportunity exists for a Quantity Surveyor to join our thriving North West Branch.

We work with many blue-chip companies from sectors including: Education, Leisure, Facilities Management, Property Management, Retail, Manufacturing, New Build and Healthcare.
Main responsibilities:
- Measurement, evaluation & pricing of tenders
- Manage commercial aspects of projects from contract award through to final account
- CVR reporting & forecasting – ensure CVR’s are updated & reviewed on a weekly basis with Operations teams
- Supply chain procurement – ensure best value supply is sourced on all contracts
- Management and administration of sub-contractor accounts
- Producing and submitting applications for payment and invoices
- Measurement, pricing and valuation of post contract variations to maximise profitability
- Cash collection – ensure prompt payment of all invoices
- Agreement of Final Accounts timeously
- Reporting of monthly accounts in line with forecasts
Knowledge/Experience required
- Previous experience of painting projects is essential
- Experience in commercial management
- Ability to demonstrate a good knowledge of monthly reporting and forecasting
- Excellent team player whilst also holding the ability to work independently on own initiative
- Excellent time management skills, with ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

Pay: £40,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
