Buona Bottega, an upcoming Italian wine bar, delicatessen, and café in Brentwood, is seeking professional and dependable Bar Servers to join our team. Our establishment draws inspiration from aperitivo culture, exceptional wines, and refined, uncomplicated cuisine. Key responsibilities for this role include: * Serving a variety of beverages, including wine, spritz, beer, and non-alcoholic options. * Accurately taking and delivering food orders. * Delivering warm and attentive customer service. * Maintaining a pristine and organized bar and service area. * Collaborating effectively within a cohesive team environment. We are seeking candidates who are: * Confident, personable, and customer-centric. * Possess an interest in wine, food, and hospitality (prior experience is advantageous but not mandatory). * Reliable and available to work evenings and weekends. * Comfortable operating in a dynamic yet relaxed setting. Operational hours: * We operate seven days a week. * Flexible shifts are available, accommodating both part-time and full-time considerations.
