You will be responsible for crafting quality cocktails and other beverages to enhance the dining experience of patrons at the bar, and in the restaurant. You must be well-versed in the art of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks according to recipes or preferences. The ideal candidate should have advanced mixology skills, thorough knowledge about different types of alcohol and mixers, and a passion for customer service.
Pay: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
