Position: Cover Supervisor / Site Manager
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Cover Supervisor / Site Manager to oversee cleaning operations across two sites in Milton Keynes.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm, with an immediate start available.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day cleaning operation across both sites and managing teams of approximately 14–17 cleaners at each location.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing cleaning operations across two sites
- Supervising and supporting teams of approximately 14–17 cleaners at each site
- Ensuring all cleaning duties are completed to the required standards
- Managing staff attendance, performance and day-to-day issues
- Organising cleaning cover where required
- Carrying out site checks and monitoring cleaning standards
- Supporting and training cleaning staff
- Ensuring cleaning supplies and equipment are available
- Liaising with site contacts and dealing with any issues promptly
- Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed
- Travelling between both sites as required
Essential Requirements
Applicants MUST have:
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- A full driving licence
- Their own vehicle to travel between sites
- Experience managing or supervising teams
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- The confidence to manage a large cleaning operation
- A reliable and hands-on approach to work
Previous experience within cleaning, facilities management or a similar environment would be advantageous.

Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
Pay: £15.00 per hour
