About the Role
As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in creating a memorable in-store experience for every customer. From assisting with purchases to building lasting relationships, you’ll be at the heart of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
- Assist customers with jewellery and watch purchases
- Build rapport and develop long-term client relationships
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently
- Support day-to-day store operations
What We’re Looking For
- Previous retail or customer service experience (jewellery retail preferred but not essential)
- A passion for jewellery, watches, and premium products
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic Computer & Numeracy literacy
- A professional, well-presented, and approachable manner
- A proactive and reliable team player
- Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends

Salary
This role is advertised for a part-time candidate and, is remunerated at £15,300. The full-time equivalent for the role is £25,500.
