Duties
- Provide professional hair cutting, coloring, styling, and finishing services tailored to each client’s preferences
- Assist senior stylists with advanced techniques such as eyelash extensions and makeup application to enhance client satisfaction
- Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming environment, listening carefully to client needs, and offering expert advice
- Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and maintaining a smooth flow of the salon operations
- Support store management by maintaining cleanliness, organizing supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
- Engage in mentoring junior team members, sharing knowledge on styling techniques and customer service best practices
- Upsell additional services and retail products to maximize client experience and salon revenue
Requirements
- Valid cosmetology or barbering license or certification as required by local regulations
- Demonstrated passion for hair styling, beauty trends, and continuous learning in the industry
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience or interest in eyelash extensions and makeup application is a plus
