What to expect from the role?
We are seeking a motivated individual to support our Small Works Team. The role involves working on various sites and assisting the Small Works Engineers with their day-to-day roles.
No prior experience is required; you will receive on the job training alongside external training courses.
What do we need from you?
We prioritise character, and passion, striving for excellence for the team and our clients.
While we highly value these qualities, there are specific skills essential for the role:
- Be able to pass a DBS clearance for working in schools, colleges etc
- Confident and capable of working in confined spaces (training to be provided)
- Confident and capable of working at height (training to be provided)
- Willing to work alone and independently
- Have a positive can do attitude
- Willing to travel to various jobs throughout your working day - ideally located within an hours travel to London
- Good work ethic, taking pride in the work you do
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
