We currently have two exciting opportunities to lead our employability programme teams in Wrexham and Flint.
Our WeGrow programme in Flint is a 6 month employability programme, supporting young people age 18-25 to gain skills, work experience and life long memories as they preapre to enter the world of work.
Our WeBridge programme in Wrexham is a roll-on, roll-off programme supporting 16-25 year olds who are ready to work, but need support to prepare and access opportunities in their community.

- Location: WeGrow in Flint/ WeBridge in Wrexham
- 37.5 hours per week
- Salary: £30,500
- Closing date: Friday 26th June 2026
- Interview date: Thursday 9thJuly 2026
- Start date: Monday 10th August
