A teacher role, delivering a high quality education and outcomes to learners. Through excellent interpersonal skills and maintaining your own CPD, this role will mentor “Instructors” (un-qualified teachers) and “Learning Support Assistants” in implementing curriculum, creating resources, plans, assessments and projects to inspire learners.
Working Pattern: This is a permanent position working from 8.45 am to 4.45 pm Monday to Friday
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated teacher to join the dedicated school team.
The successful candidate must be able to:
- Demonstrate team commitment
- Has a passion for high quality teaching and learning
- Has the ability to challenge and inspire learners through a creative and stimulating curriculum and learning environment
- Has excellent communication skills leading to effective relationships with learners, parents and staff
Person Specification:
- DET Level 5/PGCE /DTLL's
- English Level 3
- 2 Years experience in delivery of teaching and learning
- Experience of teaching GCSE curriculum
- Experience of working with SEND learners
- An Assessors Award or equivalent, is desirable
