IBH Training Facilitator/Coordinator
Location: Midlands
Reports to: Operations Director
Salary: £34,000–£40,000 per annum + Performance Bonus
The Role
The IBH Training Facilitator will deliver engaging, practical and high-quality training to ensure every employee has the skills, confidence and knowledge to provide exceptional care.
You will play a key role in developing our workforce through induction, mandatory training, leadership development and continuous professional learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver induction programmes.
- Facilitate mandatory training.
- Develop new training content.
- Deliver practical workshops and competency assessments.
- Maintain training records and compliance.
- Support managers with staff development.
- Evaluate training effectiveness.
- Ensure all training reflects current legislation and best practice.
- Promote continuous learning across the organisation.
Essential Requirements
- Experience delivering health and social care training. (i.e.: NAPPI)
- Relevant teaching qualification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of CQC standards and adult social care.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
