Location: Based at our Hereford office, with occasional need to travel between other practice sites (Ledbury and Bromyard) and to outside events as required. Applicants must have access to their own vehicle.
Hours: 8.30am–5.30pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional evening or weekend work for client events and meetings.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and proactive Farm Client Care Co-ordinator to support our expanding service.
This varied role is ideal for someone with experience of veterinary practice or customer service who is looking for a fulfilling career building strong client relationships, supporting our veterinary teams and facilitating an efficient logistical service to our patients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for clients, handling routine and emergency enquiries professionally.
- Co-ordinate diaries, manage logistics and run communication to support efficient delivery of farm services.
- Liaise with vets, support teams and management to ensure excellent client and colleague care.
- Support equipment availability, medicines dispensing and laboratory sample processing.
- Work with our in-house accounts team for account and invoicing questions.
- Contribute to client engagement, including events, clinical club meetings and social media content.
Skills and experience
- Previous experience in a veterinary practice or similar client-facing environment would be an asset.
- Excellent communication, customer service and organisational skills.
- Able to prioritise a varied workload and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel with transferrable skills in the use of our practice management system.
- Flexible approach to working hours when needed for business or client events.
- Full, clean driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Minimum five GCSEs at Grade C/Grade 4 or above, including English and Maths, or equivalent.
- Experience with administration, social media and client engagement would be an advantage.
