About the Role
This is a varied, hands-on position where no two days are the same. You'll lead our factory and installation teams, ensuring productivity, quality, and exceptional customer service remain at the heart of everything we do.
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of operational staff while actively supporting production and installation activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of the production and installation teams.
- Set, monitor, and review team objectives and performance targets.
- Carry out regular quality inspections and ensure consistently high standards.
- Conduct team briefings, debriefings, and regular one-to-one meetings.
- Support production and installation activities when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety requirements.
- Promote a positive, safe, and motivating working environment.
- Regularly audit health & safety practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Review and improve production and installation processes to increase efficiency.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop new and existing team members.
- Identify opportunities to enhance team skills through ongoing training and coaching.
- Promote employee wellbeing and engagement
- Attend company meetings and team-building events.

- Monday to Friday
- Occasional overnight stays required
