Quoile Services Limited are seeking to recruit an IT Project Engineer to supplement our team and support existing and upcoming projects in Angus, Scotland.
The IT Project Engineer plays a key role in working with stakeholders, design teams, and delivery teams to ensure the successful delivery of project outcomes. The position spans both IT project delivery and IT operational support functions, requiring a versatile and collaborative approach.
Responsibilities
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to plan and deliver infrastructure and technology improvement initiatives.
- Supporting the technical aspects of facilities, infrastructure, and workplace technology upgrades.
- Coordinating with third-party suppliers to manage the implementation, upgrade, and lifecycle replacement of technology assets.
- Assisting with the deployment, enhancement, and decommissioning of IT infrastructure and end-user technologies.
- Supporting projects aimed at improving network connectivity, workplace technology, and operational resilience.
- Helping to identify and remediate legacy hardware, software, and operating systems to ensure compliance, security, and supportability.
- Assisting in the planning and delivery of upgrades or replacements for communication and collaboration technologies.
- Developing and maintaining business applications to support operational processes, workflows, and reporting requirements.
- Integrating business applications with enterprise platforms and services to improve efficiency and data accessibility.
- Designing, developing, and supporting digital solutions that streamline business processes across multiple functions.
- Implementing workflow automation, notifications, approvals, and system integrations to improve operational effectiveness.
- Supporting digital transformation initiatives through the adoption of modern technologies, cloud services, and automation tools.
- Creating and maintaining dashboards, reports, and data-driven solutions to support business decision-making.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology innovation.
- Providing project coordination and technical support across a range of IT delivery and operational activities.
IT Project Engineer Qualifications
Degree or HNC qualification or equivalent in a relevant discipline is preferred. Please note a minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing experience is essential to apply for this role.
Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
