We’re on the lookout for a talented Sous Chef to join our team at our newest addition to Inn The Sticks. Live in available on site for duration of fixed term. This is a temporary role to cover our Sous Chef who's out of the business for up to 2 months.

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a real passion for fresh, quality food
- Be confident leading the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence
- Demonstrate excellent behaviours, even under pressure
- Take pride in their work, their dishes, and the overall kitchen environment
- Bring at least 2 years’ experience in a fresh-food gastropub or restaurant at senior CDP level or above
- Hold relevant food safety and allergen qualifications, and be competent in maintaining compliance paperwork
- Be organised, ideally with knowledge of core kitchen management areas such as stock ordering, rotation, auditing, food safety, H&S, and record keeping
- Have a positive, can-do attitude
- Be able to work a mix of split and/or straight shifts across 5 days
What We Offer
- Salary £40k per annum - prorated for 6 to 8 weeks

- Total package up to £42.5k, including bonus and tips/service charge

Please note: All successful candidates will be required to complete a paid trial shift, so you must be able to travel to Wiltshire within 1 week.
