What you will be doing
As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying opportunities, engaging new clients, and building lasting relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Outbound prospecting: Reaching out to potential clients via calls and email to generate new business
- Lead management: Following up on inbound enquiries and nurturing opportunities through to conversion
- Account development: Supporting new customers post-sale to ensure smooth onboarding and maximise account value
- Pipeline management: Maintaining accurate CRM records, managing follow-ups, and tracking sales activity
- Consultative selling: Identifying the best solutions for each client based on their needs and usage
- Client retention: Building trust and delivering a high-quality experience to encourage long-term relationships
