We offer multi-drop delivery routes in small post-code areas within a short distance from local delivery depots.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

·Set areas / postcodes with deliveries and collections
·Out of area support where required on day rate payments
·Scanning and routing involved
·Optimising software provided
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From £140-£280 per day
Duties
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to designated locations.
- Ensure timely deliveries while adhering to traffic regulations and company policies.
- Load and unload packages, which may involve heavy lifting.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery status and any issues that may arise.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety standards are met.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient processing of deliveries.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a delivery driver is preferred.
- Valid driving licence ; experience driving commercial vehicles is advantageous.
- Ability to lift heavy items safely and efficiently.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
- Experience in a warehouse environment is a plus, as it may enhance understanding of logistics operations.
