We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Practitioners to join our team. Duties
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate programmes tailored to individual children's needs
- Support children’s emotional, social, and behavioural development through positive interaction
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure consistent care and support
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and activities
- Assist with organising educational outings and special events
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including safeguarding policies
- Engage with children using creative methods to promote learning and development
Experience
- Prior experience working with children is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging, nurturing environments for young people
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in childcare or education
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative
- Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of children and programme requirements

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per hour
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Nursery: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Level 3 in Childcare (required)
