Secure Horizon is a leading security services company. We provide our services across the domestic and commercial sectors nationwide for major clients such as Police Forces and Local Authorities. We aim to make communities safer and empower Service Users to feel safer in their own homes.
We are seeking a Locksmith to join our field-based engineers. To provide support to our contracts across Kent. To contribute to the ongoing success of contractual services and wider company growth.
Main Duties Include:
- Conduct security surveys of domestic properties.
- Install security products, e.g. locks - spyholes/chains - smart home products.
- Respond sympathetically to victims of crime.
- Complete forms via a mobile PDA.
- Maintain a company van.
- Monitor materials and order replacements.
- To complete some administration and submit referrals.
- To be aware of and comply with company and statutory policies
- To work in line with requirements regarding health and safety, fire and hygiene.
Qualifications
- A professional and flexible approach to the workload.
- Good organisation and communication skills are essential.
- Must be a team player with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Must be able to work accurately and use own initiative.
- Competent user of PDA's.
- Previous experience working as a field-based engineer as a locksmith
- Highly organised, self-motivated and able to complete work without supervision but with support
Additional Information
- Hours - 8.30am to 5.30pm - Monday - Friday - may need to be flexible.

Full training and support will be given to the successful candidate, along with the following: Company Van - PDA - Uniform - Tools
You will require:
Relevant experience
Full Driver's Licence with no more than 3 points
Enhanced DBS/Criminal record check
References
Eligibility to work in the UK, Non-Disclosure Agreement to be signed (GDPR Requirement)
