JOB OVERVIEW:
We have an opportunity for you to join our team to follow up customer quotations daily with an objective to obtain relevant feedback and work towards converting these quotes to sales. To understand the product, lead times and margins and update the bespoke system with accurate information based on feedback received. Maintain and manage the CRM database.
You will liaise directly with the Internal Sales Executive and external BDM’s, assisting with sales calls, and administrative duties.
Logging and scheduling calls, actions and appointments.
Calling prospects that have shown an interest in our products via Mailshots, targeted marketing and website enquires.
You will be required to qualify leads in order to move them from prospect to quote status.
Working Hours 8.30am to 5pm Mon - Fri.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Manage the daily action calls on quote follow up against set KPI.
- Understand the products, capabilities and production lead times.
- Ensure the system is updated accurately with correct callback dates and information.
- Qualify and move forward quotes set for calling back.
- Forecast any quotes that are confirmed orders.
- Learn and understand our A&W system to enable quote entry and adjustment.
- Updating reports as requested
- Updating the CRM system
- Any required administrative duties
- Using researching sites to generate new leads
