Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including washing dishes, pots, and pans.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by chefs or cooks.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.
- Help manage stock levels by receiving deliveries and storing items appropriately.
- Dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Support chefs during busy service periods by providing additional assistance as needed.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is advantageous but not essential.
