Role - The contract is a long term reactive maintenance contract in Birmingham and the surrounding area. The successful candidate would be assisting the skilled roofer to carry out maintenance to multiple social housing properties daily. It is essential the candidate displays the upmost professionalism and maturity at all times to both the team members and tenants.
CSCS card and must be able to pass a basic DBS check.
