Role Description
Create Destroy Studios is seeking a part-time, in-office Bookings Team member to join our team on Tuesday mornings. There may also be opportunities to cover additional shifts as needed.
Our Bookings Team plays a key role in delivering excellent client communication and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing scheduling, maintaining accurate records, answering phone inquiries, and assisting clients as needed. The role also involves keeping track of studio usage by reviewing security footage to ensure clients adhere to their booked times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent client communication and ensure a high standard of client satisfaction
- Manage bookings, including accurately scheduling and updating appointments across platforms such as Acuity Scheduling, TagVenue, Peerspace, and Spacecloud
- Maintain clear and detailed records of client interactions and bookings
- Answer phone, email and message inquiries, providing timely and helpful assistance
- Support clients with questions, changes, and general studio needs
- Monitor studio usage and review security footage to ensure clients adhere to their booked times
Non-negotiable Requirements:
- Must be registered as self-employed (this role is on a self-employed basis)
- Previous experience in customer service and/or administrative roles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a small team
- Proactive and able to take responsibility for tasks from start to finish
Pay: £15.00 per hour
