We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Manage food production processes, ensuring timely delivery of meals during service hours
- Oversee food safety procedures and maintain cleanliness in accordance with health regulations
- Assist in menu planning and development to enhance customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for ingredients procurement
- Train new team members in food preparation, safety standards, and service protocols
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain a positive working environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth
Experience
- Proven supervisory experience within a professional kitchen or hospitality environment
- Extensive background in food production, cooking, and food preparation techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- Demonstrable experience in food safety compliance and hygiene standards
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is highly desirable
- Knowledge of culinary trends and innovative cooking methods is an advantage
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in serving guests and understanding customer preferences enhances service quality
Shift Pattern
Sunday & Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday Off - Unless required to cover staff holiday
Thursday 12- 10pm
Friday 2 - 10pm
Saturday 10 - 9pm
Sunday 8 - 6pm
Saturday - Alternate 8- 5 / 12 - 9.30pm
