We are looking for an experienced, reliable and detail-focused Housekeeper to maintain both our private home and office to an exceptional standard.
This is not a standard domestic cleaning role. We are looking for someone who takes genuine pride in their work and consistently delivers a hotel-quality finish, with an excellent eye for detail and presentation.
The role is approximately 20 hours per week, however the exact days and working pattern are open for discussion to accommodate the successful candidate's availability, while meeting the needs of the role.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning and maintaining a high-end private home and office.
- Ensuring all rooms are presented to an immaculate standard.
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping and polishing throughout.
- Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms to an exceptional standard.
- Laundry, ironing and changing bed linen.
- Restocking household and cleaning supplies.
- Organising and maintaining cupboards and storage areas.
- Reporting any maintenance issues.
- Taking ownership of cleanliness and presentation without supervision.

- Previous housekeeping or hotel housekeeping experience is preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail with high personal standards.
- Trustworthy, discreet and professional.
- Able to work independently and manage your own workload.
- Reliable, punctual and well presented.
- Takes pride in creating a clean, organised and welcoming environment.
Essential Requirements
- Comfortable working around large dogs. While the dogs are not kept inside the house, they are present within the grounds of the property, so applicants must be confident around them.
- Full UK driving licence is desirable.
Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week (working pattern to be agreed)
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience.
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
